My name is Michael Neely. I have been a lot of things in my life and done a lot of things.  I will do a lot more things whether they are properly planned out or not.

I borrowed this quote from Steve Farber’s The Radical LEAP Re-Energized because this quote seems to help me define who I am and what I do.  I do not consider myself a pro.

I began a career in the world of the self-employed business world in 1989 and I continue to figure it out as I go, sometimes successfully, sometimes not so much.  I spend a lot of my time waiting tables and tending bar as this became my fallback career after several business collapses.  What makes me seem like more of a madman, is that I continue to get back up and do it all over again a little differently…or a lot differently depending on the circumstances.

The key is that I keep getting up again.

As far as my entrepreneurial resume goes, I have owned an advertising specialty and imprinted product business, worked as a Commodities and Currency Options and Futures broker in three “firms” that no longer exist and as a sales representative for a number of different companies.
